YE3 Series High-Efficiency Three-Phase Induction Motor (IE3)

The YE3 series high-efficiency motors (H80-400) are designed by our company in compliance with the national standard GB18613-2020, "Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-Sized Three-Phase Induction Motors." These motors meet the Grade 3 energy efficiency level specified in the standard, aligning perfectly with the IE3 efficiency rating under IEC60034-30. Additionally, the YE4 series ultra-high-efficiency three-phase induction motors (H80-400) are fully enclosed, self-ventilated, and specially developed and designed by our company as a closed-loop, fan-cooled three-phase induction motor.

    The YE3 series high-efficiency motors (H80-400) are designed by our company in compliance with the national standard GB18613-2020, "Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-Sized Three-Phase Induction Motors." These motors meet the Level 3 energy efficiency requirements specified in the standard, aligning seamlessly with the IE3 efficiency grade defined under IEC60034-30. The YE4 series ultra-high-efficiency three-phase induction motors (H80-400), on the other hand, represent a fully enclosed, self-ventilated design developed entirely in-house. Their efficiency performance adheres to the Level 2 standards outlined in GB8613-2020, matching the recommended IE4 efficiency levels as listed in Appendix A of IEC60034-31. Lastly, the YE5 series super-efficient three-phase induction motors (H80-355) are also an independently developed, fully enclosed, self-cooled model. These motors achieve the highest energy efficiency level—Level 1—as stipulated by GB18613-2020, ensuring their performance is consistent with the IE5 efficiency rating specified in IEC60034-30-2:2016.

     

    Motor Features

    The motor's main junction box is located at the top of the base and can also have wiring exiting to the left or right.

    For motors with frame numbers 160 and above, we can provide stator temperature sensors, bearing temperature sensors, heaters, non-stop oil filling systems, and oil drainage devices, tailored to the specific needs of our customers.

    The junction boxes, motor bases, end covers, and fan housings feature a more innovative and aesthetically pleasing design, while also helping to reduce noise and improve ventilation.

    Class F insulation, with an IP55 protection rating, operating duty S1, and cooling method IC411.

    The motor features low noise, minimal vibration, and reliable operation.

    Efficient, energy-saving, safe, and environmentally friendly.

    Suitable for general-purpose applications requiring energy-efficient, continuous operation, such as fans, pumps, machine tools, and more.
