These motors achieve an efficiency level that meets the Grade 2 requirement specified in the standard—aligning perfectly with the IE3 rating under IEC 60034-30—and also satisfy the national energy-saving evaluation criteria for electric motors. The YE3 series ultra-high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors serve as a direct replacement for the older Y, Y2, and Y3 series models. Compared to their predecessors, these new motors boast higher efficiency, lower noise levels, and improved torque performance.

The YE3 series motor is a highly efficient three-phase asynchronous motor entirely designed by our company in compliance with the national standard GB18613-2012 "Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-Sized Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors," as well as relevant industry standards. Its efficiency rating meets the Level 2 energy efficiency grade specified in the standard, aligning seamlessly with IE3 according to IEC60034-30, while also satisfying the national requirements for motor energy-saving evaluation values.

The YE3 series of ultra-high-efficiency three-phase induction motors is designed as a replacement for the older Y, Y2, and Y3 series models. Compared to their predecessors, these motors boast higher efficiency, lower noise levels, greater torque output, and improved starting performance, while also featuring a compact design and easy-to-use, maintenance-friendly characteristics. Power ratings and mounting dimensions adhere to the standards outlined in GB/T 4772.1 / IEC 60072-1 and GB/T 4772.2 / IEC 60072-2. This motor series employs F-class insulation, with temperature rise evaluated according to Class B standards. It boasts an IP55 protection rating and uses the IC411 cooling method. The motor is rated for continuous operation (S1 duty cycle), with a standard rated voltage of 380V and a rated frequency of 50Hz. Motors rated at 3kW and below are connected in "Y" configuration, while those above 3kW use a "Δ" connection. For added convenience, the junction box is positioned on top of the motor housing, and wiring can be routed either to the left or right side.

The YE3 series motors are general-purpose electric motors designed to power a wide range of mechanical equipment without specific performance requirements. They deliver even better energy-saving performance when driving constant-load applications, such as fans, pumps, and various machine tools. On average, the YE3 series motors are approximately 5% more efficient than standard models. For motors operating continuously for about 8,000 hours annually at a load rate exceeding 60%, and with electricity costs calculated at 0.5 yuan per kilowatt-hour, the additional investment in YE3 motors can typically be recouped within roughly 1.5 years—significantly boosting customers' operational profitability.
