The YBX3 series high-efficiency explosion-proof three-phase induction motors represent our company’s independently developed and designed basic line of fully enclosed, self-ventilated, squirrel-cage, high-efficiency, explosion-proof three-phase induction motors. These motors meet the Level 2 energy efficiency standard outlined in GB18613-2012, "Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-Sized Three-Phase Induction Motors," while also boasting excellent performance, reliable operation, reduced vibration and noise compared to similar products—and they align perfectly with environmental protection requirements.

This series of electric motors meets the explosion-proof performance requirements specified in GB 3836.1-2010, "Explosive Atmospheres – Part 1: Equipment – General Requirements," and GB 3836.2-2010, "Explosive Atmospheres – Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosures 'd'." These motors are designed as flameproof models. Their explosion-proof markings are Ex d ⅡA T4 Gb, Ex d ⅡB T4 Gb, and Ex d ⅡC T4 Gb, making them suitable for use in environments where explosive gas mixtures may be present. Ex d ⅡA T4 Gb is specifically approved for Class IIA hazardous locations in industrial settings, applicable to temperature groups T1, T2, T3, and T4 where explosive gas mixtures are likely to occur. Ex d ⅡB T4 Gb is designed for Class IIB hazardous areas in industrial environments, compatible with temperature groups T1, T2, T3, and T4 under similar explosive gas mixture conditions. Ex d ⅡC T4 Gb is intended for Class IIC hazardous locations in industrial settings, suitable for temperature groups T1, T2, T3, and T4 in environments where explosive gas mixtures may be present.

Based on the YBX3 basic series of electric motors, models such as the YBX3-W outdoor type, YBX3-TH wet tropical type, YBX3-THW outdoor wet tropical type, YBX3-TA dry tropical type, YBX3-TAW outdoor dry tropical type, YBX3-T tropical type, YBX3-TW outdoor tropical type, and YBX3-WF1 outdoor medium-corrosion-resistant version can also be manufactured to suit various climatic and environmental conditions.
