The YGP series variable-frequency, three-phase induction motor for roller conveyors is designed specifically for the metallurgical industry, featuring an expanded frequency control range and larger frame sizes along with increased power ratings—built upon the foundation of the YG series three-phase induction motors.
This series of motors features high overload capacity, superior mechanical strength, and a wide speed regulation range—making it suitable not only for continuous-operation conveyor roller systems but also ideal for work roller systems that require frequent starts, stops, and reversible operation.
The YGP series motor has a frame size of H112. ~ 400, output torque is 7 ~ 2400 Nm, frequency conversion range: 1 ~ 100 Hz, It can directly output low-speed, high-torque power to drive the rollers.
Rated voltage: 380V, rated frequency: 50Hz. Voltage and frequency can also be customized as needed, for example: 380V/15Hz, 660V/20Hz, etc.
The motor features an insulation class of Class H and a protection rating of IP54, with options available for IP55 and IP65; the cooling method is IC410 (natural surface cooling).
The motor can be equipped with optical encoders, electromagnetic brakes, and other components as required.
