The D1TP series variable-frequency speed-control three-phase induction motor is a variable-speed motor powered by a frequency converter. When paired with a frequency conversion system, it enables stepless speed regulation, helping to achieve energy savings and automated control.

The D1TP series of variable-frequency speed-control motors is an upgraded, next-generation product developed through improvements based on the company’s original YSPA series of variable-frequency speed-control motors. It features high efficiency, a wide speed-control range, excellent precision, stable operation, and convenient handling and maintenance.

Suitable for various types of machinery requiring continuous speed control and frequent forward/reverse operations in applications such as steel rolling, lifting, transportation, machine tools, printing and dyeing, papermaking, chemical processing, textiles, pharmaceuticals, and more—this product can be easily paired with both domestic and international frequency conversion devices.

The D1TP builds on the YTP platform with an improved aesthetic design, enhanced protection rating, and significantly reduced noise levels. It is a high-quality variable-frequency drive motor, primarily designed as a direct replacement for similar imported models—or to complement equipment intended for export.

The electric motor's basic technical requirements comply with the IEC34-1 and GB755 standards, and its mounting dimensions adhere to the international IEC72 standard. Additionally, the motor can be equipped with optional accessories such as thermal protectors, heating bands, encoders, electromagnetic brakes, overspeed switches, and tachogenerators, ensuring it meets users' specific integration needs.

The D1TP series of variable-frequency motors comes in three basic structural types: B3: Motor frame with base feet, featuring an end cover without flanges. B5: Motor frame without base feet, equipped with an end cover that has flanges. B35: Motor frame with base feet and an end cover that includes flanges.

Speed control range: 3 Hz – 100 Hz;

3–50 Hz is constant-torque operation, while 50–100 Hz is constant-power operation.

Cooling method: For frame sizes 112–160M1, it features self-ventilated cooling (IC411); for frame sizes 160M2–355, it uses externally ventilated cooling (IC416).

For 3 kW and below, use a Y connection; for 4 kW and above, use a Δ connection.
