D1CS series smoke exhaust high-temperature resistant electric motor

    D1CS is a derived series electric motor which is designed especially for engineering and projects which requires the motors to be small size, light, low noise, low vibration and low temperature rise with better performance and easy control structure.In normal conditions the motor provides general performance continuously with a low temperature rise, such as driving a blower etc. In subnormal conditons such working in environment with temperature above 280°C,the motor can still works for more than half hour. Fitting with blowers, the motor can be widely used for ventilation in tunnel projects,hotels, mansions, other constructionsm where ventilation is needed. 

D1CS series electric motor has 3 series : one speed motor, individual widingwith two-speed,two separative windings with two speed, frame from 80~355 , rated output 0.11~315 kW.

Voltage:380V, 400V,450V, Rated frequency:50HZ/60HZ.

Motor Character:

1. Protection degree: IP55 or  even higher.

2. Insulation class: H.

3. Cooling method: IC410(totally enclosed fan-cooled【TEFC】)  or IC411(totally enclosed forced ventilation). 

4. Structure: B3,B5,V1,B35 etc.

Working condition: 

1.Not over 1000mters higher than the sea level.

2. Surrounding temperature: -15°C~40°C.

3.Humidity: Average Max humidity 90% in the humidity months, average monthly Max lowing temperature not over 25°C.

4.Dust in ordinary level. 

5.There is jet water( containing no acid, soada corrosive materials).

6.Voltage between 95%~105% of the rated voltage. 

7. Frequency between 98% ~102% of the rated frequency.
